Prata ‘Quesadillas’
Prata ‘Quesadillas’ are packed with nutrient-rich eggs, healthy diced vegetables, savoury chicken sausages, and tasty cheese.

- 1 prata, cooked
- 3 chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
In a bowl, add eggs, black pepper, and bell peppers together, and lightly beat with a fork.
Heat up an oiled pan on medium heat, and add sausages followed by egg mixture, then prata. Cover with a lid and cook for around 2 minutes.
Flip the egg and prata to the other side to cook. Add mozzarella cheese and spring onion in the middle immediately, then cover with a lid for around 2 minutes.
Slice the ‘quesadilla’ into four pieces and serve hot.
