Prata ‘Quesadillas’

Ingredients

  • 1 prata, cooked
  • 3 chicken sausages, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add eggs, black pepper, and bell peppers together, and lightly beat with a fork.
  • Heat up an oiled pan on medium heat, and add sausages followed by egg mixture, then prata. Cover with a lid and cook for around 2 minutes.
  • Flip the egg and prata to the other side to cook. Add mozzarella cheese and spring onion in the middle immediately, then cover with a lid for around 2 minutes.
  • Slice the ‘quesadilla’ into four pieces and serve hot.
