Avocadoria: Popular Avocado Dessert Chain From The Philippines Opens At AMK Hub

Avocadoria in AMK Hub has avocado ice cream and desserts

Good news for all avocado fans: Avocadoria has just opened in Singapore, so you can now get your hands on a variety of avocado-themed desserts! The popular dessert chain originates from the Philippines, boasting more than 150 outlets in their home country. Their first Singaporean outlet is located at AMK Hub, a heartland mall connected to Ang Mo Kio MRT Station.

The menu sees a good selection of avocado-centric desserts, including avocado shakes, ice cream, and even cheesecakes.

If you’re big on shakes, you can choose from six different flavours, including Avocado, Jackfruit, Mango and Soursop, priced at $9.80 each. Additionally, they have both Dark Chocolate and Keto versions of the classic Avocado shake, which cost $12.90 each. With each shake, you get a creamy avocado base topped with avocado chunks, almond flakes, chia, and flax seeds.

My personal favourite was the original Avocado shake, which allowed the sweet avocado flavours to take centre stage. This flavour also comes with tapioca pearls!

Those who prefer soft serve can order the Naked Avocado Light Ice Cream ($4.90). This dessert boasts a rich and creamy avocado ice cream that’s made with no preservatives. With its subtly sweet flavour and light texture, Avocadoria’s soft serve is moreish to say the least.

If you can’t get enough of their ice cream, try the Avocado Lover, which is their best-selling item. It comes in two sizes: the smaller cup is priced at $7.90, while the larger one costs $8.90

This delightful dessert features their avocado soft serve with generous layers of house-made biscuits, cream, and tapioca pearls. It’s then garnished with chunks of fresh avocado, and a good mix of nuts. These toppings provide a nice textural contrast to the ice cream while also complementing its flavour.

For a healthier option, go for the Avocado Keto Ice Cream ($7.40) and be assured that your carb and sugar intake will be unaffected.

Soft serve and shakes aside, Avocadoria offers avocado-infused cheesecakes that are said to be creamy and hearty. You can either get their Dark Mocha Avocado Praline Cheesecake ($19.80 for petite), or their Avocado Ice Cream Cheesecake ($16.80 for petite)
