Baileys Treat Bar: Boozy Pop-Up Dessert Bar Opens This December At Tanjong Pagar

Baileys Treat Bar at Neil Road

Late last year, we spotted Baileys alcoholic ice cream bars at FairPrice, and fans of the cream liqueur flocked to get their hands on a box. This December, experience a wider variety of Baileys sweets as the alcohol brand is bringing their dessert bar pop-up, the Baileys Treat Bar, to Singapore, from 2 to 31 December 2020.

Located at Neil Road, in the same building as Apiary, the pop-up is the first of its kind in our city. This is after making appearances in countries like the United Kingdom and the United States.

The themed event will allow you to get a taste of all-new Baileys flavours, including the seasonal Red Velvet and Strawberries and Cream.

Red Velvet is supposed to taste like a cupcake, underscored by light chocolate notes. The Strawberries & Cream, on the other hand, is a fruitier concoction with a flavour reminiscent of strawberry shortcake.

Both liqueurs clock an ABV of 17%.

The Baileys Treat Bar will also introduce you to sugary inventions spiked with the liqueur. These include iced coffee, iced chocolate, and three ice cream flavours.

The trio of ice creams is Baileys & Brownies, Baileys Red Velvet Cake, and Baileys Strawberries & Cream— all slightly boozy, and great to have in place of your usual nightcap.

Apart from the drinks and desserts, the Baileys Treat Bar will also feature an Instagrammable space, with neon accents and a bar to explore. Expect festive touches too, as the month-long event will take place over the holiday period.

The event is entirely free of charge and open to the public, but desserts are chargeable. Entry depends on space limitations due to social distancing. More details about the event will follow as soon as we get an update, including whether they have a reservation system to book visit slots.

For more food to look out for in the Outram Park area, check out Dolc Patisserie, a dessert cafe, and Little Oasis, a brunch cafe in Everton Park.
