If you live in the North, there’s a good chance the nearest Ramadan bazaar to you is Bazaria Marsiling, conveniently located next to Woodlands MRT Station. This vibrant fair offers a range of retail vendors, live entertainment, and of course, lots and lots of food stalls. FYI, it’s organised by the same team behind the popular Ramadan bazaars at Jurong West and Geylang Serai.

Many well-loved treats are available here. Take The Original Vadai’s famous snacks, for instance, which are widely considered some of the best vadai you can get in Singapore. Each vadai is painstakingly prepared by hand: a small amount of batter is hand-shaped, and then topped with prawn or ikan bilis. It’s then thrown into the hot oil and deep-fried till golden brown.

There’s also the pasar malam staple, the Ramly Burger. Packed with a black pepper-seasoned patty, silky omelette and slathered with mayonnaise and chilli sauce, this one’s a no-brainer if you’re looking for a quick yet hearty meal.

For a more unique treat, look for the stall selling the Korean Spicy Egg Roll Noodles. This viral dish features spicy Korean Samyang noodles, cooked into an egg omelette that wraps a sausage, and generously layered with sliced cheese.

You’ve got popular Japanese street food such as Okonomiyaki, Taiyaki, and Takoyaki here too. But don’t stop at Japanese food—there’s a whole range of non-local cuisines here, including Thai, Mexican and more.

Bazaria Marsiling runs till 28 March 2025, so head down with the fam before it’s too late!
