The Summerhouse offers not one, but four dining concepts that are perfect for an occasion such as Valentine’s Day. There’s The Summerhouse French Dining Room, a farm-to-table restaurant; The Summerhouse Garden Domes, an immersive dining experience set amid a lush garden; and Wildseed, a cafe, patisserie and bistro-bar. A must-try here is the House-made Tagliolini with Langoustine Carpaccio ($48++), which stars fresh langoustine lobsters and al dente tagliolini that’s drenched in scampi bisque sauce. Another main dish under $50++ that’s a great option is the Spagetti with San Marzano Tomatoes ($32++).
