Despite being known as a seedy mall, Orchard Towers has some surprisingly good food options, including the handmade pasta restaurant LaPasta. But if you’re looking for a supper spot that won’t break the bank, head over to the mall’s basement, where you’ll find ENEN Ke Kou Mian, a 24-hour noodle spot known for, you guessed it, ke kou mian.

Ke kou mian is the only dish on the menu—the only variations are the toppings or whether you’re getting the Original or Spicy broth. We hear that the spicy broth can pack a serious punch, so be warned!

The most affordable bowl you can get here is the Original Pork ($5.90), which sees koka noodles in a clear, savoury soup topped with shallots, vegetables, and minced and sliced pork. If you’re not a fan of koka noodles, you can opt for you mian, ban mian, and even mee hoon kueh. The Spicy Pork ($6.90), however, is the go-to option for those seeking some fiery goodness.

Other toppings include Prawn (from from $6.90) and Razor Clam (from $7.90). But you can enjoy all three options with the Combo ($8.90), pictured above. Pick this one if you can’t decide which topping to get!

You can get a complimentary canned drink to accompany your noodles—we highly recommend this option if you’re choosing the spicy bowls. All you need to do is follow their Instagram account and give them a review on Google Maps!
