Foodies may have seen the recent cheese skirt burgers that have made news. If cheese skirts are your thing, go for the Whole Lobster Thermidor. Oven-baked with white wine, mushroom and hollandaise sauce, this lobster is also topped with a crispy, cracker-like cheese skirt.
