Located in Palais Renaissance, French Fold Orchard is celebrating their new opening with 50% off all food from now till 15 December 2021 after you fill in the feedback form at the end of your meal!
Simply book your table on their booking portal, and fill in a simple questionnaire after your meal to enjoy the discount. Do note that only limited seats are available on this promotion, so make your reservation ASAP!
We visited French Fold last year, and we loved the Mini Chorizo and Comte Cheese Galettes ($14). An impossibly-thin buckwheat galette sandwiches the savoury, slightly spicy Spanish sausage, along with melty cheese; it’s then sliced into finger-sized slices perfect to have with friends.
With more than 20 crepes and galettes on the menu, you’re spoiled for choice. For something more classic, get No.4 ($17), which comes with sauteed mushrooms, ham, Comte, and an organic sunny-side-up.
A unique option to consider is No.10 ($19), where slices of wild trout come atop buttery leek fondue. It is served with a wedge of lime to add brightness to the dish.
Of course, you can’t leave without trying the sweet crepes. No.13 ($7) is the most basic of these, where a plain crepe, made with premium French butter, is served with brown sugar, more French butter, and lemon zest.
Chocolate lovers can go for No.14 ($9), where the crepe comes with 70% Valrhona chocolate, or No.22 ($12), which is zhnged-up with poached pear and house-made whipped cream.
While you’re in Orchard, head to Taiwanese bakery Kazo for orh nee tarts, durian cream puffs, and more! Otherwise, there’s also Shakey’s Pizza, a chain famous in the Philippines, which is now open at Lucky Plaza.
