Gram Cafe & Pancakes has partnered with Hershey’s chocolate to launch a limited edition chocolate lava souffle pancake, exclusively for their new store at Waterway Point. It has been confirmed that the opening of their second flagship store will happen on 12 July. Mark your calendars, as this flavour will only be available for three months!
Founded in Osaka, Gram Cafe & Pancakes now has over 60 stores worldwide, serving their famous, cloud-like souffle pancakes. Quality control is key to their fame, and this is religiously maintained thanks to the strict limits on production quantity. For context, Gram Cafe & Pancakes’ flagship shop in VivoCity only dishes up 30 servings of the souffle pancakes at three different slots throughout the day.
If you are a chocolate lover, you’re in for an indulgent treat. The Gram x Hershey’s Premium Chocolate Lava Pancakes ($20.90) features the brand’s signature jiggly souffle pancakes, infused with Hershey’s rich and irresistible chocolate. For an added chocolate kick, these pancakes also have molten chocolate lava centres, so get your cameras ready for that ‘gram-worthy shot!
To balance the sweetness of the chocolate, these pancakes come with Gram Cafe & Pancakes’ house-made classic butter and whipped cream. If this isn’t enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, you’ll also get a handful of Hershey’s Kisses to top it all off.
At this new outlet, you can also look out for new premium souffle pancake flavours such as Lotus Biscoff, Mango and Hershey’s Dark Chocolate, all priced at $18.90 each.

Fear not if you are a savoury person, as their menu also offers a selection of pasta and rice bowls. However, do note that these are only available from 12pm to 2pm, and 6pm to 8pm, daily. If you can’t make it for those windows, an All-Day Breakfast menu is also available with a new menu addition—Pan-Fried Togarashi Pink Salmon Fillet ($20.90), served with a lemon butter sauce.
To celebrate their new opening, the first 50 customers here will receive a limited edition Gram fluffy pancake cushion. Moreover, from 12 to 18 July, every order of the Gram x Hershey’s Premium Chocolate Lava Pancakes will entitle you to your choice of Passion Fruit Fizz or Strawberry Fizz, with just a top-up of $0.10!
