It’s rare to find buffets that cost less than $30, but for a limited time only, you can find one at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Singapore Novena. The hotel has brought back their popular 90-minute Teochew Porridge Buffet, priced from $22.80++ per person!

Visit for lunch on Saturday or Sunday, 12:30pm to 3:30pm, to enjoy the buffet at just $22.80++ per person—a steal in this economy. Alternatively, visit for dinner from Friday to Sunday, 5:30pm to 9:30pm, and pay $28.80++ per person instead. WhatsApp 91700684 to snag a seat!

That’s not all: every second adult gets 50% off the buffet price, bringing down the price to $11.40++ and $14.40++ for lunch and dinner, respectively.

This porridge buffet offers more than 20 traditional Teochew and local dishes you can have your fill of, along with sweet potato porridge. These include favourites such as steamed fish cake, chai poh omelette, and braised pork belly.

There seem to be several fish dishes you can try as well, such as steamed pomfret and deep-fried batang fish. Fans of typical Teochew porridge are likely to enjoy the spread of dishes available here.
