If you remember the KFC x Samyang Buldak collab from last year, you’ll know it drew plenty of attention for its spicy kick. This time, KFC Singapore is bringing it back with a twist, introducing the new Samyang Buldak Carbonara Double Down, available from 8 April to 19 May 2026.
While last year’s version leaned heavily into the signature fiery heat of Samyang’s Buldak noodles, the 2026 edition tones things down slightly with a creamy carbonara spin. Fans can expect the same familiar spice, but with a richer, more balanced flavour profile.
The highlight is the Samyang Buldak Carbonara Double Down, which sticks to the cult-favourite format: no buns, just two Zinger fillets holding everything together. In between, you’ll find Samyang Buldak Carbonara noodles, a slice of smoked chicken ham, and Parmesan cheese layered over the chicken. The result? A brilliant mix of crispy, creamy, and spicy elements, all in one bite.
The burger is priced from $8.70, with meals starting at $10.95.
That’s not all: There’s also the Samyang Buldak Carbonara Chicken (from $10.95 for a meal), where KFC’s signature Hot & Crispy Chicken is zhng-ed up with the same Samyang Buldak Carbonara sauce. Each set comes with Korean pickled radish, or chicken-mu, which helps to cut through the richness of the fried chicken.
You can enjoy the iconic sauce on your fries too, in the form of the Samyang Buldak Carbonara Loaded Fries ($5.95).
End your meal on a sweet note with KFC’s new Strawberry Cream Cheese Mochi, featuring a chewy mochi skin with a cream cheese centre and strawberry jam filling.
The Samyang Buldak Carbonara menu will be available at most KFC outlets across Singapore, excluding those at Singapore Zoo and Sentosa, as well as via delivery platforms.
