A zichar stall with a very auspicious name, Gong Xi Fa Cai Eating House offers lobster porridge that starts from $38. Titled the Champion Superior Shark Bone Soup Lobster Porridge, the dish boasts the added flavour of shark bone, which is said to improve the richness of the porridge broth.
