This Christmas Market In Singapore Has 30% Off Foodie Workshops Such As Coffee Tasting And Cocktail Making

This virtual Christmas market is all about supporting local artisans. You can shop at over 60 local makers online, and also sign up for workshops with 12 different partners, happening from 13 to 24 December. Workshops range from crafting candles to small leather goods, as well as educational F&B sessions, and are exclusive to OCBC and FRANK Cardmembers. Cardmembers also get an additional 30% off workshop prices!

All workshops are virtual, and participants will receive a kit with all the necessary tools delivered to their doorstep beforehand.

Level up from your usual cup of kopi with the Coffee Appreciation and Tasting workshop by Hook Coffee. Held at 10:30am on 13 December, this hour and 15-minute long workshop explores the complexities of different kinds of coffees. You will also learn how to pick out tasting notes, and how to make your own coffee via drip bags! The delivery kit comes with a Hook Coffee Christmas Advent Calendar, with 24 different drip bag sachets, as well as a gooseneck kettle, so you can brew like a pro.

If coffee isn’t your beverage of choice, sign up for the Elixr Inc. Kombucha Brewing workshop instead. Taking place on 21 December at 7pm, the 90-minute workshop teaches you how to make ‘booch at home, including a how-to on making your own scoby! With this new know-how, you save on buying kombucha in-store, and can brew this delicious and refreshing beverage for friends too. A kombucha brewing kit is included and that consists of everything you need to start making kombucha at home.

A good cocktail is always welcome at a year-end party, so level up your game to impress the fam and friends with the Create Your Own Cocktail workshop, hosted by local bar Hopscotch. You will learn three Christmas-themed cocktails, as well as the basics of mixing drinks across the hour-long workshop, aptly held at 12pm on 24 December. As part of the class, you will receive a full cocktail-making kit, including tools, glassware, and all the ingredients.
