It’s still several weeks before Christmas, but if you’re the sort who’s already planning your grand feast, then check out Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel’s exciting Christmas takeaway menu. Whether it’s savoury eats, sweet treats, or the mandatory roasted turkey, there are plenty of options that would surely impress your guests.

Since many Christmas parties have roasted turkey as their crowning jewel, you can stand out from the crowd with Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel’s exquisite Bourbon & Marmalade Glazed Whole Roast Turkey with Apricot & Pistachio Stuffing, Cranberry & Port Wine Sauce ($218), which serves six to eight guests.

The dish sees free-range turkey from France submerged into a brine solution—created with spices such as cinnamon, star anise and more—for 48 hours. It is then glazed with Bourbon and orange marmalade, before being slow roasted till golden-brown on low temperature for about three hours. A stuffing made out of seasoned bread, apricot, and pistachio is served on the side as well.

There are few ingredients that scream luxury quite like lobsters. That’s why the Lobster Thermidor with Seafood Paella Rice ($228) will make a great addition to your decadent Christmas feast. The dish serves up to four people, featuring sweet Boston lobster made better by creamy béchamel sauce and Manchego cheese. It also comes complete with aromatic seafood paella.

After those two incredibly flavourful dishes, the Baked Lemon Garlic Whole Halibut with Broccolini, Fennel, Caper & Anchovy with Herb Butter Sauce ($198) can serve as a refreshing—and delicious—change. This juicy fish is prepared with a special blend of fresh rosemary, softened butter, ground garlic cloves, and lemon zest, giving it a delicate yet intricate flavour.

There is a good variety of log cakes to choose from, but our pick of the bunch is the Caramel Gianduja Hazelnut Christmas Train ($72). Beneath its adorable exterior lies layers of chocolate hazelnut genoise, hazelnut gianduja mousse, orange cream, caramel milk chocolate creme, sticky caramel nougat, and chocolate feuilletine.

Pre-orders for these takeaway items start from 1 November 2022, with collection and delivery available from 21 November to 25 December 2022. Pre-orders have to be made at least three to five working days in advance.

If you prefer to have your X’mas feast outside of home instead, Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel’s Crossroads Buffet is a great option. Come December, you can have your fill of dishes such as roast turkey, Black Angus beef striploin, Spanish Kurobuta pork ribs, and all sorts of fresh seafood here.

And on Christmas Eve and Day, the buffet line will have an exclusive live grill station featuring Wagyu ribeye steak, peri peri chicken, octopus tentacles, and many more.
