We’re here at the Michelin Guide Restaurant Ceremony at Raffles Sentosa Singapore to bring you exciting news on the Michelin Guide Singapore 2026! The guide recognises the best eateries and restaurants in Singapore across a variety of cuisines, and assigns them the iconic Michelin stars. After last year’s dip in entries, this iteration welcomes a host of new faces.
Michelin inspectors evaluate eateries according to five standard criteria: the use of high-quality ingredients, mastery of cooking techniques, the personality of the chef conveyed through dishes, value for money, as well as consistency over time and across the menu.
The one-star awardees were the first to be announced at the event. These establishments are considered “very good in their category”, with consistently high standards:
As usual, there’s only one hawker stall, Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle, on the list.
Here are the restaurants that have been awarded two stars. They are said to serve excellent cuisine in a unique way, with dishes that are “worth a detour”:

Other than the coveted stars, this year’s gala saw the Michelin Green Star go to Fiz and Seroja, the Opening Of The Year Award to 1887 by André, the Service Award to Maryjoy Lim of Jag, the Sommelier Award to Joe Yang of Jin Ting Wan, and the Young Chef Award to Shusuke Kubota of Loca Niru.
