If you’re looking for somewhere special for date night or a celebration, consider Panamericana, a beautiful restaurant, bar, and cafe in Sentosa Golf Club. Inspired by Argentinan flavours, this stunning restaurant specialises in grilled, charred, and roasted items for sharing.

If the weather permits, choose to dine alfresco at the verandah, where you’ll be treated to unobstructed waterfront views. Pro tip: visit in the evening when it’s less hot outside and watch the sunset, while sipping on a drink or two!

Alternatively, the lawn area boasts a splendid view of the golf course. This spot is completely unsheltered, though, so make sure you check the weather forecast before you request to be seated here.

Food-wise, you can expect a wide range of meats, seafood, and veggies that are fresh off the grill. The menu is split into categories including Smalls, Bigs, and Salads & Sides, all of which are great for sharing with the fam.
The Argentinian Red Prawn Crudo ($42++), which stars Tiger’s Milk (a citrus-based Peruvian marinade), prawn oil, coconut cream, and coriander, is a popular starter. There’s also the Panamericana Sourdough ($10++), served warm with Bordier Butter, citrus salt, and Arbequina olive oil.

For mains, go for the Wild-Caught Green Tiger Prawns ($52++), served with Brazilian Vatapa (shrimp stew) and coriander. Meaty dishes such as the Colombian Chicken ($32++ for half)Â with chilli glaze and Salsa Roja Picante (a spicy Mexican red sauce), and the Kurobuta Pork Collar ($54++)Â are must-tries too.
Another picturesque restaurant with a view is Lucky Saigon Cafe, a hidden Vietnamese cafe with a greenhouse-inspired setting. Otherwise, read our Guriru review if you’re up for Japanese-style charcoal barbecue with poolside views!
