With GSS and National Day promos having come and gone, September is a bit of a lull period for dining deals save for some Mid-Autumn mooncakes. Luckily for Maybank Cardmembers, there’ll be exclusive 1-for-1 deals lasting throughout the month, involving the likes of Japanese buffets and Australian outback-style grills. Bookmark this list and grab your makan kaki, as these seven restaurants will be offering value-for-money 1-for-1 deals from now until 30 September 2019.
Barossa is the name and hearty outback-style meat is the game. The Aussie-inspired bar-cum-restaurant is situated just outside Esplanade Mall, granting diners an unrivalled view of the vicinity no matter what time of day. Their 1-for-1 promo is valid on mains including burgers, meat platters, and more.
Sitting pretty is the Wild Wild West Burger ($24++), a simple chargrilled beef burger elevated with crisp bacon, juicy beetroot, house-made cheese sauce and a sunny side-up oozing with golden runny yolk.
If you’re in a group, the Barossa Meat Platter ($89++) cannot be beat, with its variety of cuts and portion sizes. Served on a wooden board are a grass-fed Australia Warrnambool rib-eye steak, barbecue ribs, chicken leg confit, and chorizo sausage, each substantial enough to make up its own individual portion.
