Fans of Thai cuisine can drop by Soi Social, a contemporary Thai restaurant with a vibrant interior that evokes the country’s iconic tropical landscapes. Created in collaboration with celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai, the restaurant’s menu comprises classic Thai dishes with premium ingredients.

Try their rendition of pad thai, the Flat Rice Noodles and Giant River Prawn ($52+), which stars a juicy, giant river prawn sliced in half for ease of enjoyment, alongside a serving of the familiar sweet and spicy flat rice noodles. Pair this with Stir-fried Crab Meat ($88++), a fragrant dish prepared by tossing fresh crab meat with yellow curry powder, Asian celery, red chillies, and spring onions. Finally, it’s not a Thai meal without having a comforting bowl of tom yum soup. Soi Social’s Prawns In Spicy And Sour Creamy Soup ($32++) is tom yum at its best—the characteristic sweet, zesty taste of tom yum is completed with an abundance of extra-large tiger prawns, shimeji mushrooms, and piquant Thai herbs for you to delight in.

Located within the tranquil Equarius Hotel, Feng Shui Inn specialises in elevated Cantonese cuisine under the direction of renowned chefs Li Kwok Kong and King Chang. Guests can enjoy their meals in the expansive and airy restaurant, which looks out to the lush greenery surrounding the Equarius.
Expect to find classic Cantonese stir-fries such as Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin With Black Pepper Sauce ($48++). Here, the succulent chunks of beef tenderloin take centre stage, accompanied by sliced onions, chilli peppers, and thin slices of crisp garlic. There’s also Stir-fried Sliced Grouper with Fresh “Huai Shan” and Luffa ($52++), featuring jelly-like luffa and crunchy Huai Shan, AKA Chinese yam, which complement the big, fleshy pieces of grouper nicely. One of their most unique items is Crispy Roast Pork Belly Rolled With Glutinous Rice ($58++). As its name implies, it’s a roll composed of a roast pork belly exterior and fragrant glutinous rice within. Served in slices, each bite is a textural treat that highlights the QQ mouthfeel of the glutinous rice and extra-crispy pork belly skin.

Helmed by the illustrious Chef Hal Yamashita, Syun showcases his signature style, which he dubs “Japanese-Japanese”. This distinct genre of fusion is focused on blending the different ingredients and culinary techniques from Japan’s many regions.
Surrounded by the restaurant’s warm, woody wabi-sabi decor, guests can relish delicious creations such as the eponymous Hal Yamashita Tokyo Premium Beef Curry, a savoury curry dish that stars top-grade Hida and Omi beef from Gifu and Shiga prefecture. You can order this as part of a lunch-exclusive bento set for $46++, served with chawanmushi and miso soup, or have a mini version during dinnertime for $18++. Another highlight is the Kagoshima A4 Wagyu Beef And Sea Urchin Rolls With Beluga Caviar, which sees Omi beef slices delicately wrapped around buttery uni and topped with the much-coveted black beluga caviar. These rolls are available all day for $38++. End this luxurious meal on a sweet note with a Japanese Hojicha Blancmange ($10++), a milky jellylike dessert infused with hojicha.

Treat yourself to Singapore’s only underwater dining experience at Ocean Restaurant. As if having gourmet food from a menu curated by two Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Bellin wasn’t enough, the restaurant overlooks the S.E.A. Aquarium’s Open Ocean Habitat, offering guests a magnificent view of the oceanarium’s marine life while they have their meal.
In accordance with RWS’ sustainability efforts, Ocean Restaurant’s seafood-centric course meals are prepared with ethically sourced ingredients. A noteworthy dish is the Cauliflower Cream. Highlighting Chef Bellin’s signature technique of experimenting with contrasting flavours and textures, it features a smooth, subtly sweet cauliflower mash served with thinly sliced cauliflower and caviar, then topped with a briny squid ink sauce. Another item from the eight-course degustation menu is the Grilled Scallops. Here, sweet pan-seared scallops are accompanied by strips of savoury house-smoked beef, a refreshing green celery foam, and a drizzle of tangy orange reduction. Crunchy pieces of diced celery, pickles, and hazelnuts also adorn this dish, adding textural variety and depth.
You can’t miss their Lobster Raviolo either—formulated from a recipe passed down to Chef Bellin by his grandmother, the star of this French rendition of ravioli is a succulent piece of lobster wrapped between two delicate sheets of homemade pasta. It’s finished with a rich, roasted lobster shell sauce and long, crispy slices of granny smith apple. Savour these dishes and more as part of their dinner menu, priced from $288++ per person.

If you’re feeling adventurous, consider dining at Chifa!. The restaurant derives its name from chifa cuisine, a culinary tradition that combines Peruvian and Cantonese ingredients and cooking techniques. As Singapore’s first Peruvian-Chinese restaurant, Chifa! offers a variety of dishes—from Peruvian siew mai and fried rice to roasted pork tacos—that will prove new and exciting to even the most experienced and avid foodies.
Start off with Yellowfin Tuna Tamarind Ceviche (S$24+), a beautifully crafted appetiser that comprises chunky cubes of cured yellowfin tuna, fresh avocado, and Japanese cucumber in a tangy tamarind-based marinade, that’s then topped with pickled radish and carrot. Follow this up with Charcoal Wagyu Chifero ($79++), which stars tender slices of grilled Wagyu striploin infused with a prominent smoky flavour. Alternatively, seafood lovers can have the Hamachi “Al Carbon” Chilli Sauce ($52++), a grilled yellowtail collar coated with a creamy and punchy Peruvian sauce made from aji amarillo chilli peppers. It’s also recommended that you pair these dishes with a Peruvian-inspired cocktail, of which the Chicano de Chifa ($25++) is a favourite. It mixes Macchu Pisco, passionfruit, agave nectar and ginger ale to create a contemporary interpretation of a Peruvian classic that’s sweet and refreshing.

Osia Steak And Seafood Grill has been a mainstay of RWS’ Ave8 since its opening in 2010. With celebrity chef and restaurateur Scott Webster at its helm, the restaurant focuses on serving Australian fare with fresh, premium ingredients sourced directly from the land down under.
Their Hancock “2GR” Wagyu Beef Ribeye ($140++), for example, can be traced to cattle stations in New South Wales and Queensland, where they are farmed naturally to produce consistent marble scores of nine and above. The result is an unforgettable, melt-in your-mouth tender steak. Likewise, Osia’s Iberico Pork Rack Chop ($70++) features Wagyu’s pork equivalent. With a naturally higher fat content than other pigs, Iberico pigs are prized for their unique nutty flavour and marbling that renders them extra-succulent.
It doesn’t stop there: the Humpty Doo Barramundi Fillet ($52++) is similarly sourced from Australian-owned barramundi farm Humpty Doo, which prides itself on its sustainable practices and top-quality taste. Enjoy these mouth-watering entrees with an accompanying sauce of your choice, ranging from mushroom and black pepper, classic red wine, bearnaise horseradish sour cream, as well as herb butter.

table65 brings fine-casual dining to RWS, stripping away the formalities of fine dining with its home kitchen concept. Guests sit at a communal table around an open kitchen, allowing the chef to entertain and interact with them while preparing their meals.
Although its setting is semi-casual, table65’s offerings are anything but. With one Michelin-star under their belt since 2020, the restaurant’s menu is nothing short of exquisite. Priced from $148++ per person for lunch and $288++ for dinner, their course meals include enticing items such as Veal Tartare with saffron, pancetta and caviar served alongside sourdough bread. This is followed up by Langoustine, a lobster-like crustacean, plated with pancetta and leek on a bed of spelt risotto and creamy bacon espuma.
The entree is a tender Berkshire Pork Cheek with polenta, tangy pickled mustard, and a side of fava beans. If you’re feeling really bougie, top up an additional $70++ to savour their signature A4 Tochigi Wagyu Striploin instead, carefully arranged with sliced truffle, butternut squash and bone marrow.
