The one-night-only dinner features three of Macallan’s Fine Oak and Sherry Oak whiskies paired with Executive Chef Mathew Leighton’s signature modern Australian dishes.

Some highlights include the stuffed quail breast and confit leg, as well as the braised wagyu short rib, which will both be paired with the Macallan Fine Oak 15 years whisky. If you’re up for an evening of pure gratification, do make your reservations soon!
