For XL grilled lobster and crab leg, look no further than Monger. You won’t go wrong with their Grilled Boston Lobster, priced at $16 for half and $25 for full. Each portion comes with a side of thick-cut fries, too!
We loved the Garlic Butter sauce, which paired well with the sweet lobster flesh, though you can opt for the Rich Lobster Glaze instead if you want more umami. Alternatively, go all out and splurge on the Grilled King Crab Leg ($55), which comes with two whole pieces.

Head to Mount Faber Peak, right next to Monger, for your fill of nasi lemak with grilled meats. We ordered the Bamboo Nasi Lemak Ikan ($23), which came with fragrant rice, sweet sambal, peanuts and anchovies, a fried egg, and a slab of grilled fish that was tender and sweet.
Besides fish, they offer Chicken ($15), Beef Rendang ($20), and Seafood ($23) as alternative protein options. Other popular picks are their Lobster Hokkien Noodles ($20) and Jumbo Chicken Satay (10 pcs for $14), perfect for sharing in a group.

For more carby mains, visit Rumours Beach Club‘s kiosk. Here you’ll find legit Indonesian fare, including the Nasi Bakar Cumi ($16), comprising seasoned rice and squid wrapped in banana leaf, then steamed and fired on the charcoal grill.
The rice is fragrant and moist, while the squid is perfectly cooked with a smoky finish. Those who don’t like seafood can opt for the Ayam Suwur ($16) option instead, which swaps out the squid for spicy shredded chicken.

Cool down from the heat with a refreshing tipple at Clumzy Plumzy x Sigcoco, located within the sheltered Emerald Pavillion.
We recommend the Lychee Martini Slushy ($15), an icy blend of vodka, lychee liqueur, and citrus. With a 25% ABV, this frozen cocktail is pretty boozy, so drink slowly and responsibly! Other crowd-favourite drinks include Sour Plum Highball ($15) and Honey Lemon Fizz ($15): sour plum vodka, honey, lemon and soda.

Local burger brand NBCB has been shaking up the scene with their tongue-in-cheek slogan and affordable yet satisfying burgers. At their Sentosa GrillFest stall, you can look forward to their signature Grilled Wagyu Cheeseburger ($20.90), starring a 180g Wagyu patty grilled with cheddar cheese, topped with fresh tomato slices and house-made truffle mayo. Everything is held together by sweet and fluffy brioche buns.

Homegrown hawker stall Fatty Patty Grill is also making an appearance at the festival! The popular Bedok stall is most known for their charcoal-fired burgers and meats paired with their house-made, alcohol-infused sauces. You won’t go wrong with their Charcoal Grilled Bourbon Striploin ($22), paired with a rich bourbon reduction. Alternatively, try their Charcoal Grilled Pork Belly with Butter Rice ($18) and Charcoal Grilled Satay Chicken Burger with Lemongrass Aioli ($15), both of which sound equally delicious!

While you’re there, visit White Rabbit. The nostalgic candy is reimagined into different desserts and snacks, including Ice Cream Fries ($10) and White Rabbit Milk Boba Burst ($6).
For something visually appealing, get the White Rabbit Ice Cream S’mores ($9), which consists of a White Rabbit ice cream cone served alongside three marshmallows that are flame-torched till gooey on the inside. That’s not all: redeem a free White Rabbit cone with any purchase, while stocks last!

Botsi is the newest kid on the block, having launched recently. The new brand specialises in kurtosh, which is a traditional Hungarian chimney cake. These cakes are made to order on-site, so you’re getting them piping hot.
If you’re sharing with friends, get their Classic Kurtosh coated in Cinnamon Dust ($18), Pistachio ($20), Lotus Biscoff ($20), Almonds ($20) or Coconut ($20). There’s also a smaller version, Kurtosh Cone (from $13), which is great for one person.

Street market favourite CONED, which also made an appearance at the recent Savour Park Sentosa, has also set up shop at GrillFest. They’re best known for their portable pizza cones, available in flavours such as Beef Pepperoni Pizza ($13). Here, you get a handheld pizza cone filled with generous amounts of cheese and pepperoni for the ultimate on-the-go pizza experience. The stall also offers Root Beer Float ($6), which pairs well with the savoury cones!
Stall number: D5
SOHTT offers a lineup of creative and trendy snacks, including sushi tacos and interesting bubble tea flavours. Their Grilled Mochi Croffle ($13), which comes with three pieces, features waffle-shaped croissants with a chewy and stretchy mochi middle. Get your phone ready for that IG-worthy mochi pull shot! These freshly baked croffle treats come in flavours such as Pandan Kaya, Sweet Cheese, and Plain.
