This New Holland Drive Stall Has Cold Brew Coffee, Burnt Cheesecake And More

Sip Sip has trendy drinks and bakes at Holland Drive Food Centre

It’s always heartwarming to see more young faces behind hawker stalls, especially given how demanding the lifestyle can be. Sip Sip is one such gem; this family-run coffee stall has just opened at Holland Drive Food Centre. You can find both traditional and trendy options here, with everything priced under $6.

Sip Sip opens at 6:30am every day, making it the perfect pitstop for a hearty breakfast for anyone living or working in the area. Their Toast Set ($4.30) is enough to fill you up, as it comprises a toast of your choice, two soft-boiled eggs, and a hot kopi or teh.

There are four toast options here, ranging from the classic Kaya or Kaya and Butter to the simple Butter and Butter Sugar. A set that only includes toast and eggs, without a drink, is affordably priced at $2.50.

Beyond their traditional coffee, we urge you to try their crowd-favourite cold brew series. Priced at $5.50 each, you can choose from four varieties: Orange Cold Brew, Tonic Cold Brew, Oat Milk Cold Brew, and Coconut Milk Cold Brew.

Pair your drink with the Basque Cheesecake ($4.20), featuring a toasted, caramelised exterior that breaks into a creamy and custardy core.

It looks like their menu of bakes changes from time to time, as we’ve seen Maple Pound Cake and Scone with Cream Cheese offered in the past. You can look forward to more of their handmade creations in time to come!

For easy access, Holland Drive Food Centre is a bus stop away from Buona Vista MRT Station.
