Popular Korean bakery Tous Les Jours is slated to open its very first outlet at Northpoint City in December 2024. The bakery’s popularity is comparable to chains such as Paris Baguette, which raked a loyal following shortly after setting up several stores here.Â
In case you didn’t know, the bakery chain has more than 1,000 outlets across the globe, including in the United States, Indonesia, and China, with Singapore being their latest stop! Although there hasn’t been an official announcement by the bakery, passersby have claimed that the store’s opening is currently in the works at Northpoint City.
If you’re unsure what to expect, think of a mixture of French and Asian-inspired artisan bakes with the likes of cakes, bread, and pastries. Although there’s been no word about the Singaporean menu yet, here are some things you can expect based on the best-sellers at the Indonesian franchise.Â
In the bread and pastry department, there’s the viral 32-Layered Tissue Cube Bread, Goguma Bread AKA sweet potato bread, Buldak Chicken Croquette, which features chicken marinated in Samyang spicy sauce, and Corn Cheese Bread. We might even be lucky enough to get local-inspired flavours such as the Rendang Bread in Indonesia, inspired by the local curry dish! We’ll update the article with the confirmed items and prices as soon as we get more information.
They’re also known for their extensive selection of gorgeous whole cakes baked fresh every day. Some best-selling flavours include the Fresh Cream Cake, Very Berry Cheesecake, Royal Chocolate Cake, Earl Grey Chiffon Cake, and Blueberry Chiffon Cake.Â
Stay tuned for more updates regarding the franchise’s opening in Singapore!
