With the popularity of Swee Choon, Dim Sum Haus, and the rows of other dim sum eateries all around the area, Jalan Besar is no stranger to dim sum lovers. One of these spots, Wangi Garden, now has a new Weekday Dinner Dim Sum Buffet for just $19.90++!
The $19.90++ dinner buffet is available between 5pm and 9pm every weekday, excluding public holidays. The buffet menu features an incredible array of options, boasting over 50 items including dim sum, Hong Kong-style congee, rice rolls, roast meats, claypot fried rice, and desserts. But that’s not all: you also get to choose from a Western menu, featuring pasta items and even sides such as Mentaiko Mayo Fries (U.P. $6.90++), Breaded Onion Rings (U.P. $4.90++), Mashed Potato Mousseline (U.P. $4.90++) and more!
One of their most popular dishes is their 5 Wonders Siew Mai Platter (U.P. $9.90++), a dim sum basket featuring five different siew mai flavours. These include Chicken, Otah, Truffle, Mei Cai, and Curry, all of which are also available as a la carte options.
Netizens have also raved about several other must-try dishes. Among the favourites is the Steamed Egg Custard Bun (U.P. $5.90++ for three pieces), praised for its soft texture and rich filling. The Steamed Chicken Char Siew Bun (U.P. $2.90++ for two pieces) also stands out for its savoury-sweet balance. For something unique, try the Jackfruit Fritter (U.P. $3.90++ for three pieces).
