Missing the street food of Penang? You won’t need to hop on a plane just yet. 21 on Rajah, located within Aloft Singapore Novena, has brought back its popular Kedai Penang Buffet from 22 June to 10 September 2026.

Available for both lunch and dinner, the buffet features more than 40 Penang dishes on rotation, spanning hawker classics, Mamak favourites, Peranakan specialities, and nostalgic desserts.

Better still, diners can enjoy two buffet promotions: Dine 4 Pay 2 for lunch and Dine 4 Pay 3 for dinner. With this deal, prices work out to just $30++ per person for weekday lunch, making it a great option for family gatherings.

Regular prices start at $60++ per adult for weekday lunch and $70++ for weekday dinner, while weekend buffets are priced at $70++ and $80++ respectively. Children aged six to 12 dine from $30++, while those below six eat for free.

On 9 August, diners dressed in red and white can also enjoy 50% off in celebration of National Day!

A must-try is the Penang Char Kway Teow with Cockles, stir-fried with prawns, bean sprouts, and blood cockles for that signature wok hei.

Another highlight is the Chef’s Penang Assam Laksa, prepared a la minute with tangy mackerel broth, fresh herbs, and rice noodles, offering a very different flavour profile from the coconut-based laksa we’re more familiar with in Singapore.

Seafood lovers can also look forward to rotating specials such as Kam Heong Mud Crab and Steamed Whole Seabass in Signature Nonya Gravy, alongside hearty dishes including Teochew-style Braised Beef Short Rib and Grilled Char Siew Lamb Flap.

One feature that caught our eye is the selection of DIY stations, where diners can assemble their own Penang Fruit Rojak and Kueh Pie Tee.

Save some stomach space for dessert too, as you’ll also find indulgent treats such as Chendol, Durian Penyet, and Cempedak Cake.
