Bingxue: China-Famous Chain Opens In Yishun With $1 Ice Cream And XL Drinks

Bingxue is a new China-famous chain at Junction Nine

Cult-favourite ice cream and tea chain from China, Bingxue, is here in Singapore! They have over 3,000 stores worldwide and just opened their first outlet here in Yishun. They’re also set to open a second outlet at Changi City Point on 15 October 2024.

Bingxue is known for their tea and ice cream, and the latter only goes for $1! You can get it in Regular, Matcha, or Mixed.

We highly recommend their signature Matcha flavour, which is sweet and milky with an earthy tinge. Plus, their ice cream cones are made in-house!

Besides their ice cream offerings, we were impressed with their extensive menu of drinks. Choose from milk teas, coffees, fruit tea, smoothies, and milkshakes.

If you’re a big bubble tea enthusiast, you have to give the Supreme Milk Tea ($3.50) a try. 

This comes with a total of three toppings: coconut jelly, red bean, and pearls. These three paired well together and were really addicting to chew on. 

If you prefer matcha that is on the milkier end, you will enjoy the Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea ($3.50), a concoction of bittersweet matcha and chewy red beans. Else, opt for their Signature Fruit Coconut Milk series, boasting a blend of rich coconut milk and fresh fruits. The Mango Pomelo ($3.50) was a good choice as it almost felt like drinking dessert from a cup. 

To beat the heat, we recommend their refreshing Fresh Fruit Tea range with the likes of Freshly Squeezed Lemonade ($2.50) and Lychee Watermelon ($3.50). 

If that’s not enough to quench your thirst, they also have XL juice buckets similar to the ones you can get in a pasar malam. The Rainbow Fresh Fruit Bucket ($4.50) is a top pick, consisting of a generous amount of orange and lemon slices, passion fruit bits, and watermelon cubes, among other fruits. 

Bingxue is located at Junction Nine, which is a 12-minute walk from Yishun MRT Station.
