Katong, Jewel Changi Airport, and now Craig Road: hardcore fans of Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique can now look forward to visiting the popular ice cream parlour at their upcoming third location in Tanjong Pagar. The latest Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique has set up shop next to the basketball and futsal courts behind Tanjong Pagar Plaza, on the first floor of a white shophouse with red and blue windows.

For a floral and fruity gelato, try the Lychee Raspberry, which is a sweet lychee base with swirls of raspberry mixed in. The Midnight Gianduja—an Italian chocolate hazelnut spread—boasts an intense nutty and bittersweet flavour, a result of the premium hazelnuts and dark chocolate within.

Pair your choice of gelato with a freshly-made cone ($1). Unlike other cafes, Birds Of Paradise Gelato Boutique infuses their cones with thyme, which makes them irresistibly fragrant.

Tanjong Pagar is home to a slew of Korean food, but for those who would like to try something else, check out Soi Candy which has unique dishes such as Crispy Kangkong, or Rappu Sushi for a handroll course that’ll only set you back $36++.
