Popular Thai eatery BKK Bistro & Bar is showing no signs of slowing down, having opened their fifth outlet in Singapore—this time in West Coast. That’s great news for Westies, who can now enjoy their affordable boat noodles at a nearby location. To be precise, you’ll find it a ten-minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT Station.

I say affordable because each Boat Noodle bowl will set you back just $0.80++. Each bowl varies depending on the soup base, noodles, and toppings you chose. Choose between glass noodles and rice noodles, followed by a soup base of either herb or red tom yam. Finish it off with a topping of your choice from six different kinds: prawn, beef ball, beef slice, pork ball, pork liver, and pork slice.

To complement your boat noodles, we recommend the Crispy Pork Belly with Honey Mustard Sauce (price TBD), a savoury treat that’s hard to resist. If you’re craving something with a kick, zhng things up with their Mala Cucumber Crunch on Crispy Pork Belly (price TBD), where crispy pork belly slices are drenched in fiery mala sauce and topped with refreshing diced cucumbers for that extra crunch.

Aside from their moreish yet value-for-money fare, BKK Bistro & Bar also opens till 2am each day. This makes it a great supper spot for Westies, especially those looking to feast with friends or family.
