Good news to beef noodle fans who live in the North-East: Blanco Court Beef Noodles, the famous chain that’s been around since 1979, has opened an outlet in Punggol. The special thing about this branch is that it is open for 24 hours each day. That means you can get those delicious noodles even in the wee hours of the night.

To celebrate the opening of this outlet, Blanco Court is offering a bowl of Sliced Beef Noodles (U.P. $7.90) for just $2.40, should you be one of the first 24 customers after midnight. This promo will run till the end of the year.

Like most beef noodle places, you have the option to choose between a dry or soup version of your dish. The dry option comes with a thick, flavorful gravy made by simmering beef bones and blending in a mix of spices and both dark and light soy sauces. The sauce coats the chewy bee hoon just right, ensuring every bite is as satisfying and slurp-worthy as possible.

The soup version offers a beef broth infused with aromatics like ginger, cinnamon, star anise, and clove. It’s lighter than the gravy but still comforting, making it suitable for the rainy season we are currently in.

So if you’re looking for warm, beefy noodles that are sold regardless of the time of day, be sure to check out Blanco Court’s new Punggol outlet.
