Popular Western food chain The Original Botak Jones has launched their fourth outlet in the West, following their Clementi stall opening in late 2021. This time, it’s in a coffeeshop along 43 Holland Drive, which is a short seven-minute walk from Buona Vista or Holland Village MRT Station.

Fans can expect their signature Western hawker fare such as the Whoopass Chili Dawg ($14 for a set), served with two sides of your choice. While prices are on the higher end for a hawker setting, portions are said to be generous, so you can share if you’re a small eater.

If you’re not a fan of sausage, you can get their Whoopass Chilli Fries ($13) instead. This sinful side features well-seasoned fries topped with a pile of house-made chilli and onions.

For mains, order the regular Fish & Chips Standard ($11.50), which comes with two sides of your choice. This fish features a whole fillet of premium white basa or Pacific dory fish. coated with panko breadcrumbs and fried to order.

Those who prefer something meatier can try their Ribeye Steak ($24), a 250g slab of steak sourced from New Zealand or Australia. Each steak is hand-marinated and grilled to order, before it’s served with brown gravy and fries on the side.
