Bubble Tea Toast Is Now A Thing With Flavours Like Ovaltine And Crunchie

Once known for their crazy, over-the-top milkshakes, Benjamin Browns is now shaking up the food scene again with their all-new creation: Bubble Tea Toast ($6.90)! 

Part of the cafe’s Overflowing series, the crisp, toasted sandwiches are stuffed to the brim with pearls, giving the toast a unique chewy texture. The pearls, however, are not flavoured and the toothsome taste comes from the spread, which includes Ovaltine, Crunchie, and Caramel Lotus.

If you want flavoured pearls, visit Playmade or Hollin instead. Do note that these two stalls serve drinks, not bubble tea toast.
