London’s Burger & Lobster Is Finally Opening In Singapore At Jewel Changi Airport

London’s Burger & Lobster in Singapore

From Singapore’s first Shake Shack to the comeback of A&W, Jewel Changi Airport is a haven for foodies. And now, we can count our lucky stars as London’s Famous Burger & Lobster has announced its opening at the new airport wing.

One of the most famous restaurants in London among Singaporeans, this burger and lobster chain is known for its affordability and huge portions.

Located at Canopy Park, on Jewel’s highest floor, the restaurant promises a gorgeous view of a lush landscape and the 40-metre high Rain Vortex which is anticipated to be the world’s tallest indoor waterfall. The 81-seater restaurant will also feature eye-catching fresh lobster tanks that can be easily seen from every seat of the restaurant.

The menu features most of their signature dishes, including the scrumptious Lobster Burger. Back in their Soho outlet, this hearty burger features a 50z Nebraskan beef patty topped with lobster meat, brie and truffle and tarragon mayo. It’s extremely decadent, and will def’ fill you up before your flight.

You will also get to enjoy their Original Rolls too, which comprise chilled lobster meat with Japanese mayo and lemon, stuffed in their toasted brioche rolls.

But we reckon you’ll get the best of both worlds by ordering their Lobster & Lobster Roll Combo – one of their best-selling dishes. This comes with 1lb of lobster and an original lobster roll.

Jewel Changi Airport is reported to open in the first half of 2019. But if you can’t wait until then to get your hands on their oceanic goodies, you can take a bus up to Genting Highlands instead. In fact, the Burger & Lobster branch at Genting Highlands is also the chain’s first halal restaurant, so everyone can enjoy.
