If you frequent Marina Bay Sands (MBS), you’ll be happy to know that there’s a new kid on the block! Cafe Nesuto has just opened its second outlet at MBS, offering both indoor and alfresco seating by the waterfront. This opening marks the homegrown brand’s successful ION Orchard launch.

Located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the new cafe maintains its minimalist approach, offering a curated lineup of dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients. You’ll also find a handful of Marina Bay Sands-exclusive items alongside Cafe Nesuto’s regular favourites.

The cafe opens up to sweeping bay views, capturing the feel of a seaside bistro, with light-filled seating and cosy nooks. Timber accents, natural stone, and gentle curves add a touch of warmth, creating a relaxed and homey vibe.

Whether you’re here for brunch, a late lunch, or a chill evening out, you can look forward to a delicious selection of all-day dining fare, including mains, pastas, and brunch staples.

“The Breakfast Platter” ($32++) is an MBS-exclusive. This hearty platter comprises sourdough toast, scrambled eggs, guacamole, chipotle-spiced butter beans, and maple-glazed bacon.

For something sweeter, order the Pandan Coconut Kaya Butter French Toast ($19++), another outlet-exclusive item. A fun twist on the classic kaya toast, this dessert features brioche toast, house-made caramelised coconut jam, shredded cold butter, and sea salt flakes to cut through the richness.

Other standout mains include the Morel Mushroom Pappardelle ($29++), tossed in a creamy morel mushroom pate sauce with thyme and parmesan, and the Braised Miso Chicken Leg ($27++), also available at the ION outlet.
