If you’ve ever chanced upon the popular gelato cafe Delato, you’ll be glad to know that their hand-crafted scoops are now available at their new outlet in Downtown East!

With their grand opening on 25 July 2025, Delato now brings its signature Sicilian-style gelato to Pasir Ris, which uses cornstarch instead of egg yolks as a thickening agent.

Exclusively at their new outlet, mochi waffle lovers will find the Blue Pea Mochi Waffle ($7.50), which is said to have a chewy, stretchy, and beautiful blue inside, and is made to pair well with their gelato.

You can also find their ever-popular Matcha Mochi Waffle ($7.50), infusing tea flavours and a deep green hue into the chewy waffle. Otherwise, just get the Original Buttermilk Waffle ($6.50) as a base for your gelato.
