If I had to choose one food event to attend this year, it would be the Epicurean Market 2015. From fine wines to meeting legendary chefs, it would be hard for any lover of food to miss or to stay sober.  Held from 14-16 August at Marina Bay Sands, the Epicurean Market promises to deliver a gratifying weekend of spectacular cuisine. Here are some of the events you don’t want to miss:
The highlight of the Epicurean Market would definitely be the master classes by world acclaimed chefs. Look forward to food celebrities, like David Thompson, honing their skills right in front of you, and pick up some tips you could use in your own kitchen!

Lovers of gourmet food can anticipate a whale of a time exploring the farmer’s market and buying fresh seafood or artisanal cheese from participating stalls. There will also be a fresh market place featuring big brands like Swiss Butchery and Capella Concepts.
Besides a craft cocktail bar, alcohol connoisseurs can eagerly await sampling a large selection of rare wines at the wine zone. Some wine suppliers, like KOT Selections, will also be showcasing their cellar treasures of vintage wines.
