Ang Mo Kio folks, you’ll want in on this food deal. The recently halal-certified mookata restaurant Family Hakata is serving up a wide spread of over 60 ingredients in their all-you-can-eat buffet ($19.90++ per person), ranging from well-seasoned marinated meats to fresh seafood!

Choose to cook your ingredients on the grill for a charred flavour, or customise your soup base for a comforting hotpot experience. There are even various Thai-inspired dipping sauces you can pick from to complement your meal. Here’s a little trick from reviews online: mix some eggs with Maggie soup base seasoning and cook them in the soup moat for a flavourful chawanmushi-style side dish!

If you’re looking to change things up, there’s even an option for you to cook your ingredients lok lok-style, free of charge. Pair your liao with their smooth cheese dipping sauce for an extra indulgent bite.
