Out of sheer luck, we stumbled upon Fluff Stack’s opening at Suntec City last year. This local cafe has been whipping up fluffy souffle pancakes which can rival Japanese chain, Gram Cafe. Due to their growing popularity over the year, Fluff Stack will be opening their second outlet at Northpoint City in Yishun come March 2020.
Renovations are expected to start in February to prepare for the grand launch a month later. They’re in the process of getting their halal certification too, so Muslim cafe-hoppers can definitely add this pancake joint to their list.
Yishun residents get prime access to Fluff Stack’s adorable desserts. Though y’all can’t escape the wait for your treat. Each pancake is made from scratch upon order, so you gotta hang in there for at least 15 minutes before you can enjoy your pancake.Â
Get fruity with Strawberry Cheese Souffle Pancakes ($12.80) which is topped with a whopping dollop of whipped cream. Alternatively, there’s the Hazelnut Chocolate Souffle Pancakes ($13.80) for some good ol’ cocoa action. No matter which flavour you order, the stacks are consistently light and fluffy. Don’t be surprised with the eggy taste, as lots of egg whites are used to achieve the signature airy texture.
Fans of green tea and coffee are gonna be in for a treat, as Fluff Stack will be introducing new flavours soon!
