This Hotel Durian Buffet Has Unlimited Fresh Durian, Durian Fried Rice And More

Durian lovers hear ye: Grand Copthorne Waterfront’s Durian Fiesta Buffet is back by popular demand from 1 to 31 August 2023! The all-you-can-eat durian feast is available at the hotel’s buffet restaurant, Food Capital, where guests can relish in scenic views of the Singapore River.

The restaurant is just a two-minute walk from Havelock MRT Station and a three-minute walk from Great World MRT Station.

Indulge in creative durian-infused delicacies, with savoury selections starring Roasted Durian Coconut Chicken, Durian Corn Pizza, and even Durian Seafood Fried Rice.

Before getting the bill, fill up your dessert tummy with delectable treats including Durian Gula Melaka Cream Puff, Durian Tartlet, and Durian Genoise Sponge Cake. A live dessert station featuring Milk Bingsu With Durian Ice Cream is also available.

In addition to the durian festivities, there will also be a live seafood station, comprising Canadian snow leg crabs, freshly shucked oysters, Chilean scallops, black mussels, and flower clams, served alongside a variety of condiments and sauces such as Brandy Cocktail and Red Wine Vinaigrette.

Don’t miss out on Food Capital’s Signature Laksa too. You’ll get to choose from thick bee hoon, thin bee hoon, yellow noodle, Ipoh kway teow, or mee tai mak, before topping your noodles with ingredients such as fish cake, quail egg, shrimp, sliced pork, tau pok and more.

Other mouthwatering favourites from the delicious spread include tandoori chicken, ngoh hiang, mutton satay, and fried mantou with chilli crab sauce.

Food Capital’s Durian Fiesta Buffet is priced at $98++ per adult and $49++ per child from Sunday to Wednesday, and $118++ per adult and $59++ per child from Thursday to Saturday.

Those with reservations between Thursday to Saturday can also enjoy an unlimited supply of fresh durian at the weekend outdoor live station.
