This year’s fair promises an exciting lineup of premium Japanese products and local delicacies, including the unique Delicate Sakura Shrimp from Okotama, which takes centrestage at the food fair. Available at $7.50 per pancake, the shrimps are said to have a naturally sweet umami taste.

If you’re not a fan of seafood, head to Niku Niku Butchery for their Mt. Fuji Wagyu Menchi Katsu Burger ($8), starring a deep-fried Wagyu patty. There’s also a rice bowl option, priced at $18.
