The menu offers appetisers, signatures, and 12 dim sum items. With over 30 buffet menu items, they are largely a combination of Cantonese and Singaporean dishes that we are no strangers to.

Start off with a refreshing Chilled Spicy Cucumber to awaken your palate before you dive into the main menu. Signatures include one-time orders for dishes such as Smoke Duck With Garden Salad, which combines the savoury and tender smoke duck with a refreshing crunch of vegetables. Salted egg fans can also delight in the Salted Egg Yolk Chicken, which features chicken chunks coated in a creamy sauce.

The free-flow dim sum seems limited but actually covers the essentials such as Har Gao and Siew Mai. If, like me, you are a sucker for dumplings, go crazy with their Golden Prawn Dumplings, Pork and Chives Dumplings, Xiao Long Bao and more.Â
For the health conscious among us, the restaurant also offers free-flow Fish Maw Soup, which is known for being low in cholesterol and having health-boosting properties.
Reminder: this promotion ends on 31 January 2021 and is not applicable with other promotions. Make a reservation before heading down to confirm a spot!
