There’s no need to wait for a special occasion to spoil yourself with a scrumptious all-you-can-eat buffet. Head down to Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, which has an extensive buffet line-up that’s available for both lunch and brunch, at value-for-money prices. They’ve got a dinner buffet too, for those who’d prefer a hearty meal after a long day at work.

Here, high ceilings and full-length windows set the stage, complete with three open kitchens offering an assortment of gastronomic creations inspired by local, Southeast Asian, and international cuisines. Some dishes also feature vegetables, herbs and edible flowers, which are harvested directly from the restaurant’s Urban Farm, bringing the farm-to-table concept to life.

Look forward to lunch specials including a pasta bonanza of Sun-Dried Pomodoro Pesto Pasta and Truffle Mushroom Pasta, while the brunch special features Chargrilled Chicken Satay.

It’s not common to find lunch buffets with an extensive fresh seafood spread, which is another thing that makes Lime Restaurant stand out. At their lunch buffet, diners get unlimited fresh Japanese Hyogo Oysters. The seafood bar is also stockpiled with mountains of prawns, scallops, black mussels, white clams, half-shell scallops and more on ice. Let’s not forget the sushi counter, where you can stuff yourself silly with an assortment of maki sushi and nigiri.

The restaurant is also famous for the Signature Pickering Lobster Laksa, prepared a la minute. Simply pick your own ingredients and have the chef cook your laksa for you, preparing everything in their thick lemak gravy. Other soup options such as chicken collagen are also available if you prefer something less spicy.

Once you’ve slurped up every last bit of that addictive laksa, head over to the live carving station, which serves up highlights including Roasted Beef Sirloin and Roasted Pork Shoulder for lunch, and Whole Fish of The Day during brunch. These are served with a selection of condiments and mixed vegetables.

For Asian roast dishes, there’s also the Five Spice Braised Pork Belly, Hainanese Chicken, and Chargrilled Chicken Satay. This roast station comes with chicken rice, braised silken tofu, chilli sauce, and dark soy sauce too, if you’d like to zhng-up your meal.

If you’ve heard of Lime Restaurant’s popular Beggar’s Chicken and would like to give it a try, it’s also available upon request at $72++ when making your reservation. Do note that the pre-order for this dish should be made at least two days in advance.

Before calling it a day, round up your meal with Lime Restaurant’s house-made desserts—they’re made using premium ingredients and contain less sugar so you can indulge all you want, minus the guilt. Go for the Baileys Tiramisu or the Refreshing Citrus Verrine; the latter features herbs and edible greens harvested from the urban farm.

If you’re up for afternoon tipples, relax and unwind with Lime Bar’s eco-friendly cocktails priced at $17++ each. The boozy concoctions are extracted from fruits, with every part from the seeds to the skin being utilised to prevent any wastage.

Lime Restaurant’s weekday lunch buffet runs from 12pm to 2pm daily and is priced at $64++ per adult and $32++ per child between ages 6 and 12. The weekend brunch buffet runs from 12:30pm to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday and costs $98++ per adult and $49++ per child.
