This New $30++ High Tea In Orchard Comes With Caviar And Chocolate Fondue

If you’ve ever wanted to channel your inner Gossip Girl over a long, lazy afternoon tea, there’s a perfect spot in town to do just that. Mama Shelter Singapore is launching the bougiest high tea set—Chocolate, Caviar & Champagne (CCC): Mama’s Afternoon Tea—with a bubbly twist.

This afternoon tea set is available from Wednesday to Saturday, 2:30pm to 5:30pm, for $120++ per set, which accommodates up to four guests. This works out to just $30++ per person. Diners can expect a spread of sweet and savoury bites to pair with chocolate fondue and caviar. While each set comes with your choice of coffee or tea, there’s also the option to add on a cocktail or glass of champagne for just $9.90++.

The high tea starts strong with  Mama’s Caviar Dip, a sour cream-based dip topped with tobiko, spring onions, and caviar. This will be served alongside Black Truffle Potato Chips, Truffle Bikini Sandwiches, and Ham Croquettes for you to dip or enjoy as is.

Next, the sweet selection features a milk chocolate fondue served with an assortment of berries, such as blackberries and strawberries, to dip. It will also include almond financiers, madeleines, and a Lemon Meringue tartlet to round it off.
