McDonald’s is bringing some magic to their Happy Meals with a new limited-time collaboration featuring TinyTAN, the popular characters inspired by K-pop idol group BTS. From 25 September to 12 November 2025, collect one of 14 exclusive TinyTAN toys, each representing a different BTS member in a themed outfit.

The promotion is split into two exciting editions: the Throwback Edition and the Encore Edition. Each series features seven unique designs.

The Throwback Edition toys, available from 25 September to 15 October 2025, showcase TinyTAN characters in classic outfits, giving fans a nostalgic look at their favourite BTS members in timeless styles.

Meanwhile, the Encore Edition runs from 16 October to 12 November 2025 and features BTS members in McDonald’s-inspired outfits: think “jackets” and “pullovers” printed with the iconic McDonald’s brand logo.

Each Happy Meal comes with a surprise blind box, allowing BTS fans to collect all seven TinyTAN designs from either edition. What’s more, it’s packed in a limited-edition Happy Meal box, which you can collect too.

The exclusive McDonald’s BTS TinyTAN Happy Meal toys are available in limited quantities, while stocks last, so don’t wait too long if you want to get your hands on them!

In other fast food news, McDonald’s will be launching a new breakfast burger, the Mighty McMuffin, on 25 September! It comprises two chicken bacon strips, a chicken sausage patty, a fried egg, two slices of cheese, and McDonald’s new Sweet Maple BBQ Sauce.
