McDonald’s Launches New Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese BBQ Chicken Bacon

New McDonald’s Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese BBQ Chicken Bacon

In January this year, McDonald’s announced the permanent return of their Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Now, as the year draws to a close, the fast food giant is rounding things off on a fitting note with the all-new Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese BBQ Chicken Bacon.

Available from 30 November, this new burger takes the Quarter Pounder formula and sends it into overdrive. The basic make-up of the burger is pretty similar: you get the usual two juicy quarter-pound beef patties sandwiched between sesame seed buns, as well as melty slices of cheese, and zingy pickles. The savouriness gets dialed up with the addition of smoky barbecue sauce as well as rashers of crispy chicken bacon.

We’ve no word about how much the burger costs, but we’ll update this post when we find out.

The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese BBQ Chicken Bacon will be available at all McDonald’s outlets islandwide, and for delivery on all its partner delivery platforms.

ICYMI, the fast food giant also recently released a new Salted Caramel McFlurry that’s been garnering a fair amount of buzz online. Your McFlurry gets zhnged up with a drizzle of salted caramel, along with some crunchy cone bits for added texture. This is available for a limited time only, so grab it while you still can.

Be sure to also get your hands on the McDonald’s x New Jeans collab while you still can. Debuting earlier this month, the collab saw the launch of the limited-edition K-Sweet & Spicy Chicken, which levels up the usual Chicken McCrispy with a spicy sauce that’s similar to the yangnyeom you get with Korean fried chicken. The collab also has a new Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Frappe (from $1.20) drink!
