Following the return of their beloved McGriddles, McDonald’s has surprised us yet again for this year’s World Pie Day celebrations. Only from 12 March to 14 March, they’ve decided to sell all their signature dessert pies only at $1, proving there are more than 3.14 ways to commemorate this special occasion.
A national icon and happy ending to any McDonald’s meal, the Apple Pie is typically priced at $1.20.

Many of us eat it for the crispy golden brown pastry crust, while some adore the sweet and slightly sour apple pie filling with crisp apple chunks.
A select minority of people, myself included, would rather have the pie paired with one of their ice cream sundaes or a McFlurry just so they can enjoy it somewhat a la mode.

Apart from the apple pie, one of their seasonal favourites is the Chocolate Pie, an extreme hit with the local crowd to such an extent that it was at one point sold out islandwide in 2018. Savour the gooey creamy goodness in their filling together with their trademark pie crust, a warm and sinful delight ideal for diners of all ages. This is typically priced at $1.50, so you’re getting it at quite a steal with the promo.
This offer is available at their stores and dessert kiosks all around Singapore, while stocks last. Unfortunately, for those who love to order in their McDonald’s, this offer does not extend to all delivery platforms, so we’d recommend to do your research beforehand or head down to your nearest McDonald’s outlet to dabao your share.
