It’s time to honour your appetite once again—The McDonald’s Samurai Burger and Seaweed Shaker Fries are back, this time with a new Shoyu Mayo sauce, ready to slice through your cravings from 2 October 2025!
The fan-favourite Samurai Burger is back with a bold twist, returning in a new form as the Shoyu Mayo Samurai Burger, where the brand-new shoyu mayo sauce is added alongside the tried-and-true teriyaki sauce.
You can choose between a juicy beef patty or tender grilled chicken, and will be available as an Extra Value Meal (EVM) from $8.50.
But wait, there’s more! The burger henshins into its ultimate form in the Tamago Shoyu Mayo Samurai Burger (from $9.50 for the EVM), adding a crispy fried egg to level up your beef or chicken burger to the next level with an extra oomph.
The samurai returns with a troupe of loyal retainers, in the form of the legendary Seaweed Shaker Fries ($1.25 to upsize any meal) and Oishii Pepper Drumlets.
This crowd-pleaser needs no introduction: the Seaweed Shaker Fries are back for a limited time, so grab some before they disappear for another year or longer.
Making their first comeback are the Oishii Pepper Drumlets (from $3.35), which are savoury and peppery. These are great to go with your Samurai Burger meal.
If you’re not tired of the matcha trend yet, get the new Matcha Soft Serve (from $1.30): a balance of rich matcha and creamy soft serve ice cream, and a perfect, sweet ending to your meal.
The Samurai Burger and its accompanying menu items will be available for a limited time only, after breakfast hours. While they will be available at all outlets from 2 October 2025, they are currently available ahead of the official launch at the Queensway, Waterway Point, Canberra Plaza, and Our Tampines Hub branches.
In related news, CHAGEE is collaborating with Pop Mart to launch a green grape milk tea and Hacipupu merch. Also, legendary US fast-food chain Chipotle is opening in Singapore in 2026.
