Michelin Guide Street Food Festival 2017 – Michelin-Starred Restaurants Gathered At One Place

Michelin Guide Street Food Festival gives you a starry starry night

The release of Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore last year made waves in the food scene as we celebrated our favourites receiving recognition. If you’re still working your way slowly down the list, visiting Michelin Guide Street Food Festival this April should give you a boost.

This food festival will be held on the evenings of April 14 and 15, and features a line-up of restaurants with one-, two-, and three-Michelin stars, as well as Bib Gourmand eateries. Most of the participating restaurants will be serving their signature dishes at affordable prices, starting at $2.50.

Besides savouring the food, enjoy live music and try your hand at the lucky draw held during each session for a chance to win a bottle of champagne worth $138!

The festival will be held at The Coliseum, Resorts World Sentosa and two seatings will take place on each date, with one seating from 6pm to 8pm and the other from 8:30pm to 10:30pm.

Tickets are sold out as of 15 March 2017, but flex your fingers and get ready to book your tickets ’cause a new batch will be released on 16 March 2017. Each ticket costs $20, and gives you $20 worth of credit you can use at all stalls during the two-hour session. Alternatively, VIP tickets are available at $150 per person, which entitles each ticket holder to a seat in the VIP area, a tasting portion from all stalls at the festival, and a choice of drink, including champagne.

Here are the participating restaurants and their signature dishes so shortlist those you want to queue for:

    1. Joël Robuchon (3 Michelin stars): a selection of freshly-baked bread and pastries
    2. Shoukouwa (2 Michelin stars): Japanese street snacks in Tsukiji Market-style
    3. D’O restaurant by Davide Oldani (1 Michelin star in Michelin guide Italy): Italian street food
