Snack aficionados, heads up: MiX Store, a popular Malaysian convenience store chain, has officially opened in Singapore! They currently have two outlets: Sengkang Grand Mall and Changi City Point.

The famous chain first started in 2005 and now operates around 100 stores, mostly across Malaysia. They’re known for bringing in a huge range of food products from around the world, including trendy snacks and drinks from Japna, Korea, China, Thailand and more.

Look forward to lesser-seen ice cream products available at both stores, including matcha ice cream sandwiches from Japan and frozen mochi desserts.

Those who love the TikTok-viral tanghulu AKA Chinese candied fruit can also try Mana Tanghulu‘s range of frozen treats, in interesting flavours such as Pineapple Sesame and Taro Rose.

That’s not all: expect a whole lineup of ready-to-eat, savoury snacks too. Prices are fairly affordable, with chips costing around $1.50 per packet. Mana also has a full range of nuts: Spicy Peanuts ($2.50), Garlic Peanuts ($2.50) and more.

Otherwise, for something sweet to curb the sugar cravings, try Mana Soft Candy ($0.50), available in flavours such as Orange, White Peach, and Grape. These fruit gummies are said to be soft and chewy, great for a post-meal treat.
