Old Chang Kee’s afternoon tea returns to Pullman Singapore Hill Street

If you missed last year’s collaboration, here’s your second chance. Madison’s at Pullman Singapore Hill Street has brought back its popular Old Chang Kee Afternoon Tea from 1 July to 31 August 2026, this time in celebration of the homegrown brand’s 70th anniversary.

Priced at $88++ for two people, the limited-time afternoon tea once again puts a local spin on the classic high tea, featuring Old Chang Kee signatures alongside new savoury bites and nostalgic desserts. The high tea is aptly named “A Nostalgic Afternoon Tea Featuring Old Chang Kee Signatures”.

Returning favourites include the Chilli Crab Puff, Mini Black Sesame Ball, and Vegetable Spring Roll, paired with Madison’s own creations such as Laksa Prawn Blini, Satay Chicken Tartelette, and Seaweed Cracker with Shredded Egg.

On the sweet side, expect playful local-inspired desserts including Pulut Hitam Mousse, Ondeh-Ondeh Mousse, Red Bean Mochi Tart, Dark Chocolate Chilli Canele, Yuzu Macaron, and the intriguing Nasi Lemak Scone, served with whipped cream and kaya.

You can pair your afternoon tea with classic tea, or upgrade to cocktails such as the Kopi-Tini or Rose & Mint Teh Spritz for an extra $20++. Mocktails, prosecco, and rosé are also available.

The afternoon tea is available from 1 July to 31 August 2026, from 2pm to 4.15pm on weekdays and 2pm to 4.30pm on Saturdays.

As an added bonus, the first 60 bookings will receive $20 worth of Old Chang Kee vouchers, limited to one set per reservation.
