Pokemon-Themed Cafe Opens At Tampines And Jurong Until 31 March 2019

Pokemon-themed cafe opens in the East and West

Yes, you read that correctly. Quietly landing on our shores are two new Pokemon-themed cafes. Situated at both corners of Singapore at Tampines and Jurong, these Pokemon-themed cafes are set to be the talk of the town.

Opened from now until 31 March 2019, this cafe is actually part of a campaign by an insurance company known as Qiren Organisation.

The members-only cafe will be open to the public for the next three months, so you can freely dine with your Poke friends. The only catch is that you would need to download the Qiren Organisation People’s app on your mobile. But don’t worry, there’s no insurance buying involved.

Pokemon lovers will weep with joy, thanks to the massive printouts of the animated series plastered all over windows and doors. Some of the tables are even designed to resemble a Pokeball! It’s super kawaii, and there are plenty of IG-worthy opportunities.

The space is great for big groups, as there are plenty of seats around. This means you don’t have to worry about squeezing with other folks!

Pikachu’s face can be spotted on their cups, and you can get drinks such as Caramel Latte and Matcha Latte here. Hot brews will even feature latte art featuring your favourite characters!

On top of that, there will also be an islandwide Pikachu activation, where Pikachu and Eevee will be shaking their bums at malls all around. Eastsiders can head to Eastpoint Mall, while those working in the CBD can hit Suntec City to catch ‘em all.

See here for the Pikachu Meet & Greet calendar:
