Do note that this breakfast buffet is only available at their OG Kitchener Road restaurant, which was awarded one Michelin star from 2016 to 2023.

The buffet is presented in an open-style format without any fixed menu, though there are some staples you can expect each time.

Mainstays include Pan-Fried Buns, also known as sheng jian bao.

This popular Chinese street snack features buns that are fried till crispy on the outside, with a juicy and meaty pork filling within.

The Fried Hinghwa Bee Hoon with Soy Milk is another favourite, featuring uber-thin bee hoon stir-fried with fresh veggies and scrambled eggs.

You’ll also find Putien’s signature Bian Rou Soup, which usually retails for $4.80 per serving. Enjoy unlimited portions of this light and savoury soup, studded with bite-sized meat dumplings.

If you want more carbs, there’s free-flow Sweet Potato Porridge, too!

Otherwise, get your carb fix in the form of the Hinghwa Steamed Rice Cake and Hinghwa Red Rice Cake, which are traditional Chinese snacks that are hard to come by these days.

If you’re visiting with the littles, you’ll be happy to know that children under the age of three dine free, while those aged eight and above only pay $12.80 per person.

All prices at Putien are nett, too!
